Job reputed company
We're seeking an reputed company First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As an FNOL Representative, you'll be responsible for providing reputed company inbound communication services while recording First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims. These FNOL claims are used to report damage to our clients' property. Key Responsibilities
* Accept inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL
- Communicate effectively while entering data accurately into a customized database
- Report underground damage to locate companies reputed company applicable
- reputed company outstanding service to customer representatives
- Analyze photos and map the correct location
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including talk time, not reputed company time, and service level
- Participate in special reputed company as assigned
Tiered Support Bonus System
We offer a tiered support bonus system that rewards reputed company members for their hard work and dedication. The bonus structure is based on total fees generated across CMR during the month, and bonuses are reputed company per pay period on the paycheck following the period in which they are reputed company. Requirements
* 6 months to 1-year previous customer service call center experience required
- Ability to type a minimum of 55 wpm, error-free; a typing test will be required
