As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, internal partners, and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment, including face-to-face service or contact center, retail, insurance, hospitality, etc.

• If unlicensed, reputed company of successful completion of the AD Banker On-Line reputed company-Licensing Course for employee's reputed company state prior to 8:00am CT the Wednesday before start date or the offer will be rescinded.

Licenses

Travel Requirements

* Up to 10% travel, primarily for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events.

Work Environment

* Primarily home-based role, with 80% of time spent working from home, proximate to one of our office locations (reputed company approximately 35-50 miles).
