About The Role The Senior Manager, Consumer User Acquisition will report directly to the VP of Marketing and will play a pivotal role in driving new consumer user reputed company across reputed company reputed company digital channels. Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize large-reputed company digital user acquisition campaigns across reputed company search, reputed company reputed company, display, video and mobile app channels
• Own daily performance management, including budget allocation, bid strategies, audience segmentation, creative testing and pacing
• Design and run reputed company A/B and multivariate experiments to improve CTR, conversion reputed company, CAC, ROAS and full-funnel performance
• Analyze performance across channels and present insights, forecasts and recommendations
• Collaborate with design teams to reputed company high-performing ad concepts and assets across text, image, video and reputed company pages
• Identify, test and reputed company new channels and opportunities to expand user acquisition reputed company
• Stay up to date on platform changes, algorithm updates, reputed company policies and competitive trends to continuously refine channel reputed company

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2C performance marketing, digital advertising or user acquisition for a consumer reputed company, app or subscription product
• Proven reputed company directly managing reputed company campaigns across reputed company Ads, reputed company Search Ads and at least one additional platform (programmatic, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company spend while maintaining strong CAC, ROAS and LTV/CAC ratios
• Deep expertise in acquisition funnel optimization, reputed company page testing and creative experimentation
• Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of reputed company, reputed company Analytics, Looker or similar analytics tools
• Highly data-driven with the ability to build models, analyze trends and reputed company actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting performance updates to senior leadership
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with product, web, design and analytics teams
