Associate Legal Counsel
Work Flexibility: Remote The Associate Legal Counsel, Acute Care, is primarily responsible for proactively handling a broad reputed company of legal and compliance reputed company associated with the Acute Care business unit reputed company the global medical division, including working closely with business unit leadership, functional partners, and reputed company counsel on a reputed company of critical reputed company for the division. - Bring a solutions-oriented approach to solving reputed company issues, prioritizing multiple workstreams, and coordinating across functional reputed company to advance business objectives, resolve disputes and promote the reputed company of the division
- reputed company analysis and reputed company counsel on legal, regulatory and compliance issues, including with respect to litigation, medical device regulations, intellectual property, employment, mergers and acquisitions, data reputed company, competition law, AdvaMed, anti-kickback, FCPA and other anti-corruption laws
- Independently draft, review, negotiate and advise on a reputed company of agreements (e.g., sales, services, supply, distribution, consulting, clinical study, non-disclosure, employment, and other reputed company arrangements)
- Analyze and reputed company reputed company and concise guidance on laws, rules, regulations, and reputed company policies as necessary, including with respect to reputed company’s interactions with reputed company
- Collaborate with lawyers and other professionals from reputed company’s Centers of Expertise to manage a reputed company of significant reputed company (e.g., strategic contracting, data reputed company and reputed company, intellectual property, litigation, employment, and regulatory reputed company)
- Assist in managing litigation and reputed company-litigation disputes with support from the in-house legal team and reputed company counsel

- Partner closely with the compliance team to assist in managing a robust compliance program to address key risks

What you need: Required
- Bachelor's degree
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- License to reputed company Law in the US
- 10+ years of work experience
- Experience working in a highly reputed company environment and building relationships of trust with key stakeholders
- Strong analytical, drafting, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to reputed company and accountability
Preferred
- Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions is highly desirable

$149,300 - $329,000 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
