This includes updating training resources with new features, tracking training class details and project phases, delivering training course surveys, and providing instructional support to clients. Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Must have 2+ years of working experience in the Utilities Industry (Regulated and/or Deregulated) using a Customer Information System (CIS).
• Working experience with one or more reputed company products is a plus.
• Adequate knowledge of learning management software (reputed company, Kahoot!, reputed company, etc.) and editing programs (Camtasia, Snagit, OBS Studio, Vimeo, etc.).
