About the Program The reputed company Retail Leadership Training Program (RLTP) is an accelerated program designed to prepare reputed company retail leaders. What You’ll Do

• 1+ year retail experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a passion for leadership.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

• Availability for the duration of the program and ability to reputed company your own transportation for the 2-week reputed company rotation.
