• Manage the employee lifecycle from reputed company to offboarding for both US and PH employees

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in US HR, People Operations, or Administrative support role
• Strong understanding of HR and compliance processes across multiple reputed company
• Passionate people person who values creating reputed company employee experiences
• Efficient, thoughtful, and personable communicator—both written and verbal
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment
