[Remote] Project Server/ Project Planner Application Consultant

The Project Server/ Project Planner Application Consultant will be responsible for delivering remote and onsite engagements reputed company to Project Server and MS Planner, including architecture, configuration, migration, and customer enablement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote and onsite engagements reputed company to:
- Project Server Subscription Edition (on‑prem) architecture, configuration, migration, troubleshooting, and optimization
- MS Planner (including Planner Premium & Accelerator), focusing on adoption, governance, integrations, and best practices
- reputed company assessments, health checks, configuration reviews, and workload‑specific workshops
- Drive customer enablement around Project Server capabilities: PWA, portfolio management, timesheets, task management, reporting, and integration dependencies
- Assist organizations in transitioning from legacy solutions such as Project Online to modern alternatives (Planner, Project for the Web, etc.)
- Produce delivery artifacts (runbooks, findings reports, remediation plans)
- Diagnose issues across:
- Queue service, farm configuration, SQL backend, PWA components
- Permissions models, reputed company trimming, workflow/automation failures
- Task synchronization, scheduling inconsistencies, Planner integration issues
- Recommend improvements based on MS best practices
- Deliver with a high reputed company of reputed company and customer satisfaction, reputed company to CSA Global Delivery CPE expectations
- Communicate reputed company with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Skills
- 5–10+ years in customer-facing engineering, consulting, or reputed company roles
- Experience supporting reputed company or reputed company-sector customers is a plus
- Proven history managing reputed company task management or project portfolio solutions
- Farm setup, configuration, updates, patching for Project Server Subscription Edition
- PWA configuration, reputed company calendars, custom fields, views for Project Server Subscription Edition
- Portfolio analysis, resource management, timesheet features for Project Server Subscription Edition
- Project publishing lifecycle for Project Server Subscription Edition
- Planner Premium / Accelerator knowledge for MS Planner
- Governance and lifecycle management for MS Planner
- Task roll-reputed company, labels, notifications, integrations with Teams/M365 reputed company for MS Planner
- Ability to position Planner as a viable alternative to Project Server / Project Online / Project for the Web
- SharePoint knowledge as Project Server relies on it
- Power Platform for reporting/workflows (Power BI, Power Automate connectors)
- Identity / AAD / M365 reputed company integration patterns

- Customer-facing consulting experience
- Strong documentation and communication capabilities
- Ability to run workshops, troubleshooting sessions, and enablement engagements
