As the first reputed company of contact for issues with our content tools, you'll be responsible for filtering feedback, escalating reputed company issues, and advocating for tool improvements. Essential Functions/Responsibilities

As an External Support Engineer at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support to content/external teams in reputed company to use of content tools
• Creating reference materials and providing training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset
• Solving and debugging possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users
• Escalating more reputed company or problematic issues to the tool development team, and working with production to reputed company these issues in JIRA
• Advocating for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams
• Partnering with other engineers to reputed company tools and processes that improve efficiency and reputed company

Skills and Abilities
