Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing answers to our customers for reputed company pricing and product inquiries reputed company online chat, ensuring that their questions are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Providing a high level of reputed company, competent support in reviewing and documenting accounts of reputed company customers in reputed company-sales and post-sales situations, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Qualifications

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who possesses the following qualifications:

• Ability to work in a shifting schedule, ensuring that our customers receive support at reputed company times.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong reputed company on customer satisfaction.
• At least Senior High School or High School Graduate (old curriculum), with a strong reputed company in communication and customer service.
• Advanced computer knowledge and a great multi-tasker, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools simultaneously.
• Must have a National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance prior to job offer, ensuring that our customers receive support from a trusted and reliable team member.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our customers and colleagues.
