Development Coordinator, Institutional Giving
The reputed company (ADL) is a leading anti-hate organization dedicated to combating antisemitism and promoting justice. They are seeking a Development Coordinator for Institutional Giving to support fundraising efforts by managing donor relations, coordinating grant processes, and assisting with project management across teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company database records including reputed company donor reputed company communications and engagement strategies for reputed company and prospective funders
- Generate and maintain fundraising reports and dashboards, including donor lists, grant status, and database reports, reputed company against goal, and team decision-making
- reputed company project coordination support for the grant lifecycle and reputed company support project management on reputed company grants with multiple teams
- Prepare, proofread, and customize donor-facing materials working collaboratively with Institutional Giving Officers, Directors, and the Grant and Analysis reputed company
- Support the maintenance of reputed company’s hub of program templates and financial documents, in collaboration with other teams, including use of reputed company and reputed company to liaise between teams
- Support donor meetings and cultivation activities by providing administrative and logistical support for fundraising events such as reputed company Briefings for prospects and funders
- Facilitate development operations by managing institutional data for grant compliance and industry reporting, while coordinating cross-functional prospect research and stewardship initiatives
- reputed company comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Director and Development team
- Support reputed company and corporate fundraising efforts by assisting the Institutional Giving development team including live events
Skills
- High-level written and oral communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company data analysis and PowerPoint design/formatting
