The Associate Insurance Advisor role in the reputed company Estate reputed company involves providing exceptional customer service, supporting account management, and ensuring accuracy in documentation and transactions.
Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional customer experience working with Production teams
- Demonstrates good technical insurance knowledge
- Adheres to HUB Service Guidelines
- Demonstrates commitment to teamwork by supporting Account Executive/Account Manager (Producer) and Marketer with reputed company aspects of servicing accounts
- Responds to customer requests acting reputed company license authority
- Acts as primary customer service contact in the absence of Producer
- Attends Critical reputed company meetings and completes any reputed company items assigned reputed company specified timeframe
- Processes reputed company documentation and transactions according to HUB workflows
- Promptly reviews and manages account reconciliation working with reputed company, Producer and reputed company
- Reviews and prioritizes reputed company assigned tasks daily including mail, emails, abeyances, activities
- Provides Accounts Receivable support to Producer for payment reminder letters as requested
- Maintains accuracy of electronic files
- Reviews and ensures accuracy of policy documentation from insurers
- Continues reputed company development to enhance skills and technical knowledge
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills
- Level 2 General Insurance License
- 1-2 years of insurance experience
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills; collaborates reputed company working as part of reputed company
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong business acumen and organizational skills
- Intermediate MS Office knowledge, with reputed company on reputed company and Word
