[Remote] State Filings Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a State Filings Analyst to join their Regulatory Compliance team. The role involves preparing and submitting insurance company filings and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and submitting Property and Casualty and Accident and Health Insurance company filings using SERFF and I-file to ensure reputed company approval of rates, rules and forms
- Utilizing statefilings.com and other software to manage assigned filing reputed company and tasks
- Identifying and satisfying filing requirements on a countrywide reputed company
- Reviewing insurance filing materials for accuracy and completeness
- Maintaining filing documentation in an organized manner
- Acting as a reputed company between the reputed company (insurance company) and state insurance departments to communicate regarding filing status and resolving filing issues
- Ensuring reputed company assigned filing reputed company are completed accurately and reputed company set reputed company
- Monitoring and summarizing circulars and bulletins issued by insurance rating bureaus
- Researching and maintaining reputed company information on compliance and regulatory issues
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in order to meet established deadlines
- Flexibility and composure in the face of changing assignments, priorities or goals
- Proficient reputed company, Outlook, Word and reputed company skills
- Knowledge of the insurance industry or state regulatory filings experience is a plus
