Responsibilities

• Conduct online reputed company and training sessions for platform merchant partners
• Drive usage and reputed company across both producing and non-producing accounts
• Build and maintain strong merchant relationships through consistent communication to drive platform adoption
• Monitor operational performance to ensure partner expectations and company goals are met
• Coordinate and manage operational, technical, and project-reputed company tasks to ensure reputed company and successful execution
• Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day coordination and operational management
