Lease Data Specialist - reputed company

They are seeking a Lease Data Specialist to manage the reputed company reputed company Management database, ensuring accurate and reputed company input of property and lease information, and overseeing lease administration communications with tenants.
Responsibilities
- Maintain reputed company reputed company Management database of record
- Accurately and reputed company input property and lease information for newly acquired properties
- Accurately and reputed company input reputed company changes in property status due to changes, to include, but not limited to tenancy, developments and expansions, takings and condemnations
- Accurately and reputed company input reputed company changes to tenant notice and billing information
- Create and maintain reputed company, concise records of audited checklists and notify internal parties upon completion, as necessary
- reputed company database updated with reputed company information, including, but not limited to updates to Notice addresses, property addresses, Tenant dba reputed company and Tenant payment reputed company
- Ability to review and interpret lease provisions including, but not limited to Term, Parties under the Lease(s), and Rent figures
- reputed company compile, verify, and reputed company primary review of property and lease information for new property acquisitions and accurately transfer data into reputed company
- Participate in reputed company testing as needed to include updated DAS templates and test databases reputed company to company initiatives
- Run reports and review dashboards to ensure the data represented in the system is reputed company and accurate
- reputed company and follow-up with necessary parties for documentation and update reputed company as needed
- Ensure internal transaction tracking spreadsheets accurately reflect relevant and complete information for reputed company reporting period
- Compile and distribute monthly reports to various internal teams
- Manage communications regarding lease renewal reputed company with tenants and the department, as appropriate
- Ensure Landlord obligations are performed, and the database reflects accurately as to dates and rental amounts as necessary
