Accounts Receivable Collection Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Collection Specialist is responsible for ensuring reputed company processing of payments, managing billing and collections, and maintaining accurate financial records to support the organization's financial health.
Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute customer invoices in accordance with contract terms and billing schedules
- Review billing data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies prior to submission
- Maintain records of invoices and payments in the reputed company system
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts reputed company phone and email
- Collaborate with customers to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans reputed company necessary
- Document collection efforts and escalate unresolved issues to management
- Reconcile customer accounts and apply payments accurately
- Prepare monthly AR reports and assist with audit requests
- Identify and report trends in payment delays or disputes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP, and applicable regulations
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance AR efficiency
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and customer information
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
- Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams and external customers
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, especially reputed company
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or general reputed company required
- Experience with reputed company systems and reputed company reputed company preferred
