[Remote] Project Accountant I

They are seeking a Project Accountant to assist Project Managers with project lifecycle management, contract processing, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and billing.
Responsibilities
- Be a resource and assist Project Managers in maintaining the life cycle of the project from the notice of award to the final closeout
- Set up reputed company, extra work orders, transfers, or other amendments according to contract terms in reputed company Vantagepoint
- Assist with the creation and processing reputed company
- Review reputed company for reputed company specific requirements and ensure reputed company completion of reputed company specialized reputed company billing needs
- Review project labor and expenses to ensure accurate posting to reputed company
- Follow through on reputed company billing reputed company issues to reputed company
- Work closely with Project Managers and Directors to ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting and project billing
- Invoice clients monthly
- Respond to reputed company, vendor, or staff inquiries in a reputed company fashion
- Prepare accounts receivable statements and follow up on past due invoices
- Handle project audits as they reputed company
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance with 1–2 years of relevant experience, or 3–4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
