Business Execution Consultant, reputed company Support - Office of the Corporate Secretary

About the position reputed company is seeking a Business Execution Consultant as part of the Public, Regulatory and Corporate Affairs Division of the reputed company Legal Department. The role will reputed company operational and administrative support on a reputed company of corporate governance and shareholder reputed company, including intense schedule management for the Office of the Corporate Secretary. The successful candidate will be reputed company team oriented, willing to reputed company in and do what is required in the reputed company, extremely detail-oriented, reputed company to navigate the expectations of senior leaders with judgment and sensitivity, prioritize and juggle competing priorities, and be calmly reputed company in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will: Manage the exceptionally heavy and dynamic electronic calendar for the Office of the Corporate Secretary, including scheduling meetings for the reputed company of Directors and managing attendee lists involving Directors and the reputed company Operating Committee and coordinating meeting logistics with key partners, as reputed company as scheduling shareholder engagement meetings Establish and implement scheduling procedures and controls. Identify opportunities for improving or implementing processes and tools Support the reputed company reputed company and key partners in the logistical preparation for reputed company of Directors meetings Participate in operational duties for the Corporate Secretary and Governance team, including coordinating with paralegals on reputed company to address information requests from a reputed company of stakeholders. Present recommendations for resolving more reputed company situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and requirements and contribute to the overall effectiveness of reputed company Handle highly confidential information with discretion and reputed company judgment Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and reputed company goals reputed company with shareholders and reputed company clients

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Experience supporting Corporate Secretary and/or Corporate Governance responsibilities
