Financial Controller - FULLY REMOTE

Responsibilities

The role is working for a UK based company; however, reputed company are expected to work during reputed company working hours for Eastern reputed company Time (EST). reputed company & Financial Planning

• Manage and execute reputed company core reputed company operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Implement and manage reputed company reputed company recognition practices.
• Ensure reputed company control over reputed company financial transactions and reporting, regularly reviewing and improving the accuracy of reputed company’s reputed company.
• reputed company and document business processes and reputed company policies.
• Coordinate closely with the CFO to prepare the annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Ensure reputed company and accurate invoicing is maintained.

Reporting & Compliance

• Manage and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.

• Own and manage the US payroll and coordinate EOR payroll submissions.
• Proactively manage tax filings across different states.

Qualifications

• No more than 10 years of reputed company experience
• reputed company CPA license
• Detailed knowledge and ownership of US taxes - federal, state, sales and payroll
• Experience working internationally, especially with UK businesses

• Expert level experience in reputed company Suites, reputed company, and QuickBooks
