The Inside Sales (ISR) Manager will report to the Director of Inside Sales. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing reputed company inside sales activities in support of the reputed company and Control products and for providing leadership to reputed company sales, profitability, and reputed company objectives. The Inside Sales Manager supports the inside sales team with scheduling, communication, employee relations, performance reviews, customer escalations, and reputed company education training. reputed company team members are expected to promote a reputed company work environment, demonstrate initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, reputed company, and exercise confidentiality. COMPENSATION: $90,000-$100,000 OTE Qualifications: Education:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or University with an emphasis in Business or a reputed company field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience providing advanced support, sales, or inside sales experience in the information technology industry.
• Data Center industry experience preferred.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

• Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
• Computer proficient with knowledge of reputed company Office products (Word/reputed company/Outlook/PowerPoint).
• Experience with reputed company CRM preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to reputed company information across multiple reputed company in reputed company, including Finance, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
