[Remote] Inside Sales Representative - Health and Benefits

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting clients remotely and managing the entire sales cycle to effectively reputed company deals and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating and closing business to reputed company quota
• Identify reputed company needs and present reputed company solutions to key stakeholders and decision-makers through virtual interactions
• Scheduling appointments with referral sources to secure referrals to end users
• Conduct outbound prospecting reputed company cold calls, emails, and reputed company engagements, and follow up on marketing leads, to qualify opportunities and generate pipeline
• Performs insurance needs analysis for clients to reputed company solutions to insurance and benefit needs
• Use technology tools to accurately reputed company activities and forecasts

• Projecting a reputed company image in representing reputed company to clients and the community
• Writes and processes sales reputed company in a reputed company manner and by HRS operation guidelines

Skills

• H.S. Diploma in Business or reputed company discipline - Required
• 2 years of experience in Relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• This role requires you to be eligible for applicable insurance licensing in reputed company 50 states, which may involve an reputed company background reputed company. If you are not currently licensed, you will be required to obtain the necessary insurance license(s) reputed company 90 calendar days of your official start date. (PIA) will cover the cost of up to two (2) attempts to pass a state insurance licensing exam including exam materials and testing fee.
