As a Customer Service Representative – Telehealth Support Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for patients and their families, providing empathetic and reputed company support during times of need. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office.
Responsibilities
* Receive and process calls from patients and their families, gathering information and relaying messages to our clinical team

Key Qualifications

- Evening, weekend shifts required (Monday – Friday)
