What You'll Do
As a Customer Care Analyst I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone and email. Your primary duties will include:
- Providing an effective level of customer service by meeting (or exceeding) department standards reputed company to attendance, productivity, and reputed company
