The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist on our Samsung team, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers in Lithuanian, Russian, and English. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, ensuring that customers receive reputed company and effective support.
• Providing efficient and satisfying solutions to customers' inquiries, leveraging your problem-solving skills and technical expertise.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
