Customer Service Associate Role

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll play a critical role in interacting with our customers and providing them with an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering phone calls, emails, and chat messages daily, promptly, accurately, and courteously

• Strong computer skills and strong data-entry/keyboard skills

• High school degree, GED, or equivalent work experience
