Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:

• Transferring confidential data from reputed company and/or electronic formats into billing software (Timeslips) using a keyboard
• Typing in data provided directly from staff
• Verifying data by comparison/generating reports
• Sorting and organizing paperwork (electronic and hard copy) following data entry

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Entry: You will be responsible for accurately and reputed company entering data into our billing software, using a keyboard to transfer information from reputed company and/or electronic formats.

• Data Verification: You will verify data by comparison and generating reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Paperwork Organization: You will sort and organize paperwork (electronic and hard copy) following data entry to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior work experience in data entry
• Preferred work experience in a medical, legal, or insurance claims office
• Typing proficiency, with a preferred level of at least 45 wpm accuracy, no errors
• Some understanding of the internal processes of medical facilities and med-legal terminology
