Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with reputed company store services and products, including shipping and packaging, printing estimates/orders, and other services offered by our franchise owners
• Processing customer sales through our reputed company-of-sale system and maintaining accurate records
• Providing exceptional customer service in person, through email, and by phone, resolving issues and concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Up-selling, cross-selling, and reputed company participating in marketing and promotional initiatives to drive business reputed company
