As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming customer calls and providing detailed information in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Notifying customers daily of reputed company availability and resolving any reputed company issues
• Performing data entry tasks for domestic and international bills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Arriving inbound manifests and closing out outbound manifests in the AS400 system

• Preparing in-bond documentation, accepting containers, and maintaining office cleanliness (for smaller stations only)

Requirements
