Responsibilities
As a reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound pharmacy calls, scheduling reputed company deliveries reputed company needed, and directing calls to appropriate personnel
- Providing high-level customer service to patients, clinicians, and clients, ensuring reputed company reputed company and customer satisfaction
- Serving as the primary resource for inbound telephone calls, minimizing workflow interruptions due to non-clinical reputed company customer inquiries
