Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technologies, providing actionable feedback to development teams to drive improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class shopping experience, obsessing about our customers and their needs
- Visit customer sites to reputed company new technology, collect customer feedback, and quantify the impacts of new solutions
- Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership, informing data-driven reputed company and reputed company product development
- reputed company technical and CX feedback to development teams, ensuring that our solutions meet customer needs and expectations
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. The following qualifications are required:
