What You'll Do

As a Customer Care Associate in our inbound call center, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional and efficient support for customer inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Guiding customers through product selection, purchases, order status, tracking details, and returns, ensuring a smooth shopping experience
• Addressing and resolving fulfillment issues promptly and effectively
• Accurately documenting cases and utilizing internal tools to ensure seamless communication, effective follow-up, and keeping customer information up to date

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a self-motivated and reputed company Customer Service Representative who thrives in a reputed company, team-oriented environment but also excels at working independently. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience: At least 1 year in an inbound call center role, ideally reputed company eCommerce
