This is not a transactional reputed company role. This position is ideal for a hands-on senior accountant or reputed company manager with deep reputed company estate experience who wants:

You will own reputed company reputed company functions today while helping shape the systems, processes, and structure needed for reputed company. What You’ll Own: Portfolio & Financial Operations:

• reputed company reputed company for a multi-state portfolio of multifamily and reputed company assets
• reputed company month-end reputed company and financial statement reviews (reputed company- and post-reputed company)
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations, mortgage tie-outs, and fixed assets
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and audit-readiness of financials

Cash, Banking & Controls:

• reputed company bank activity including wires, transfers, and ACH transactions
• Maintain internal controls and approval workflows
• Monitor cash positions and support treasury-reputed company reputed company

Investor & Entity reputed company:

• Support investor reporting, capital activity, and distribution calculations
• Maintain investor funding logs and ownership records
• Coordinate with reputed company-party CPAs on tax filings, K-1s, and entity documentation
• Assist with legal documentation, reputed company filings, and ownership assignments

• Support acquisitions and dispositions from a financial compliance reputed company

• Evaluate and improve reputed company systems and workflows for scalability
• Partner with leadership on implementing new financial systems and reporting tools

Payroll & Systems Integration:

Requirements: What You Bring (Required):

• 7+ years of reputed company experience, with senior-level exposure in reputed company estate or property management reputed company
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and U.S. reputed company standards
• Experience managing reputed company, multi-entity reputed company environments
• High attention to detail with the ability to own work end-to-end
• Strong communication skills and comfort partnering with executives
• Proven ability to improve processes, not just follow them

• Familiarity with syndications or private equity reputed company estate structures
• Understanding of Fair Market Valuation considerations for IRA investors
• CPA and/or MBA

Benefits: Compensation & reputed company:
