Our reputed company, a top banking institution with offices in Tampa Florida, is seeking a Remote or Hybrid (2 days per week in office) temporary Contract Attorney reputed company on Compliance and Risk surrounding - Payments and Liquidity for a 12 month duration, 40 hours per week. As part of the reputed company Solutions Team reputed company our reputed company's Services reputed company department, the contractor will primarily be reputed company in a reputed company-facing role compromising of transactional work and providing broad-based advice on various issues and reputed company, for the Payments, Liquidity, Trade, and Investor and Issuer Services businesses. This role is responsible for managing a reputed company of day-to-day reputed company activities in coordination with the reputed company reputed company team and will be integral to the reputed company reputed company team, involving a wide reputed company of transactional work in reputed company with account openings and product offerings across reputed company five businesses reputed company reputed company Services. The role will reputed company exposure to a wide reputed company of reputed company work across a broad reputed company of products and services and will reputed company a unique opportunity to obtain reputed company into both Services products and the priorities and expectation of the business. The role requires regular interaction with Payments, Liquidity, Trade, and Investor and Issuer Services reputed company and other functional colleagues (and external counsel as required) to ensure adequate coordination on practices and procedures from a reputed company and regulatory perspective. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing reputed company counsel to the Payments, Liquidity, Trade, and Investor and Issuer Services business, participating in strategic initiatives, providing subject matter expertise and interpretations of relevant laws, rules, regulations, and industry practices, and advising business management on reputed company reputed company impacting the business such as negotiating various documentation; including service agreements, supplier agreements and custody agreements
  • Partners with the Payments, Liquidity, Trade, and Investor and Issuer Services Product reputed company teams to objectively evaluate business proposals by analyzing documentation while applying institutional knowledge and risk appetite against industry standards, widely accepted business practices, laws, rules, and regulatory guidelines, escalating as appropriate
  • Collaborates across internal lines of business, control/support functions and/or external counsel to reputed company coordinated and efficient reputed company on reputed company of common interest; coordinate closely with the Payments, Liquidity, Trade, and Investor and Issuer Services Product reputed company teams on a regional and global reputed company
  • Assists team in identifying, evaluating and contributing to the management of reputed company, regulatory, and reputational risk by collaborating with ICRM & Risk, following relevant reputed company developments, participating in internal reputed company, escalating as appropriate
  • Manages day-to-day reputed company activities with knowledge in Payments, Liquidity, Trade, and Investor and Issuer Services, provides advisory services to internal stakeholders across reputed company three business lines, and supports business reputed company, including regulatory and cross-border reputed company
  • Monitors management of reputed company reputed company issues and transactions, escalating to appropriate internal stakeholders reputed company necessary

  • 6-8+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in financial services
