Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Providing personalized support and guidance to members to ensure they receive the best possible care
- Handling a reputed company of reputed company and call types, including reputed company, Medicare Part D, reputed company, and specific reputed company inquiries

Essential Qualifications
