They are seeking a reputed company Specialist responsible for the full cycle of reputed company, including sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating offers while ensuring a reputed company candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with managers to reputed company a comprehensive understanding of reputed company's hiring needs for reputed company position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
- Manage the full reputed company lifecycle across various reputed company helping management reputed company, hire, and retain reputed company talent
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of reputed company reputed company and passive talent to pull from as new positions reputed company
- Stay reputed company with reputed company job boards, reputed company networks, and platforms to reputed company talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
- Stay abreast of reputed company trends and best practices; update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading reputed company publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in reputed company organizations
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- At least one year of reputed company, sales, account management, or HR experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience with applicant tracking software, HRIS systems, and other recruitment systems
