They are seeking a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney to represent clients in legal proceedings, conduct legal research, and manage reputed company relationships. Responsibilities
- Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings
- Conduct legal research, analyze reputed company issues, and draft legal documents
- Attend hearings and depositions

Skills
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

- Workers' compensation defense experience highly preferred

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
