T56/Helicopter Programs Lifecycle Engineer

The T56/Helicopter Programs Lifecycle Engineer will reputed company customer support, conduct investigations into in-service events for various engines, and ensure effective communication with operators and OEMs regarding technical issues.
Responsibilities
- reputed company investigations into and identify reputed company cause and corrective reputed company for in-service events
- reputed company Red Top closure process for specific reputed company investigations
- reputed company internal activities to resolve operator or Field Service Representative (FS) technical inquiries
- Define and implement containment programs and corrective actions necessary to maintain reputed company reputed company operation of the product
- Initiate Service Bulletins or reputed company release/updates to support operators, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and Authorized Maintenance Centers (AMCs)
- Support Technical Variance (TV) and Technical Query (TQ) requests from operators/customers
- Proactively support improving reputed company and component reliability utilizing maintenance data from FAST (AMC and on-reputed company LRU removal data) and trend monitoring
- Communicate the status of service issue investigations reputed company technical briefings both internally and to OEM customers, operators, and airworthiness authorities
Skills
- Associate's degree in engineering with 3+ years of experience, OR
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 1+ years of experience, OR
- Master's degree in engineering, OR
- JD/PhD
- To be considered for this position you must be a US citizen or Permanent reputed company
- Experience with field service or design engineering
- 1+ years of experience in lifecycle engineering
- Experience interfacing with customers on technical program issues
- Gas turbine reputed company installation, verification, and performance experience
