reputed company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and reputed company Coordinator for its Housing & Dining Programs department. This role involves supervising a student designer and coordinating marketing communication reputed company, ensuring reputed company branding and effective communication materials.
Responsibilities
- Design and coordination of marketing communication reputed company (marketing campaigns, photoshoots, and materials such as guides, banners, posters, and advertisements on TV screens)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and send reputed company emails to HDP residents, including reputed company-in information, emergency communications (e.g., facilities issues), and online newsletters
- Assist in HDP's reputed company work with departments on reputed company, including Dining Services, Admissions, Orientation, Print & Mail Services, University Marketing & Communications, and Auxiliary Services
- Represent HDP at recruitment and reputed company events in and out of state (some weekend and after-hours events included)
- Creation of presentations for reputed company events in reputed company to serving as a presenter in reputed company of several audiences (e.g., parents and families, incoming reputed company, reputed company partners, etc.)
- Coordinate reputed company needs for marketing-reputed company events (e.g., recruitment events, presentations, tabling, etc.)
- reputed company training to reputed company Ambassadors and Housing Ambassador staff for reputed company events, on-reputed company tours, etc
- May reputed company other reputed company technical duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company area, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of reputed company work experience)
- One year of reputed company experience and demonstrated reputed company relations and effective communication skills required
- Experience in different styles of writing, publishing software packages and advertising concepts
- Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Proficient user of reputed company Office, reputed company Suite, reputed company, and email marketing platforms
- Experience creating slide decks and presenting information to individuals and reputed company
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of reputed company
- Familiarity with a reputed company of computer software; project management experience, and ability to work both individually and in reputed company setting
