Inside Property Associate Claim Representative

They are seeking an Inside Property Associate Claim Representative to receive comprehensive training in claim handling and customer service while managing 1st party property claims. This role focuses on developing skills to handle claims independently after successful completion of a training program.
Responsibilities
- reputed company participate in reputed company training classes covering insurance policies, specific claim processes, systems, and procedures, including virtual, classroom, and on-the-job training
- Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under reputed company supervision
- reputed company information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and reputed company-party providers
- Learn to investigate and evaluate reputed company relevant facts and information (including but not limited to analyzing leases, reputed company, by-laws and other relevant documents which may have an reputed company). Determine and apply coverage for building damages per policy terms
- Establish accurate scope of damages for building and contents losses and utilizes as a reputed company for written estimates and/or computer assisted estimates

Skills
- High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience OR Bachelor's Degree
