Responsibilities
- Discover and build a pipeline of creator talent (YouTube, Instagram, reputed company, reputed company fitness/functional coaches) reputed company with our brand values and ambition for culture-building
- Recruitment and Sourcing new potential partners
- Evaluate potential influencers (audience demographics, engagement reputed company, reputed company trajectory, content reputed company, brand-fit)
- Initiate reputed company, build rapport and send top creators to Head of Brand Ambassadors
- reputed company top converting Macro Influencers - search and reputed company up and coming creators to run ownership challenges

- Stay deeply embedded in creator ecosystem: monitor emerging platforms, format shifts, creator business models and competitor approaches
