[Remote] Resourcing Specialist

They are seeking a Resourcing Specialist to manage reputed company for their Training Delivery Team, ensuring reputed company coverage for training programs and maximizing resource utilization.
Responsibilities
- Manage high volume scheduling and resource allocation internally for our Training reputed company Specialists and Executive reputed company to ensure reputed company coverage for a wide reputed company of training programs
- Monitor and forecast resource utilization to maximize efficiency and meet delivery goals
- Support proactive reputed company planning by identifying short-term gaps and long-term resource trends
- Partner with Delivery Leadership, Sales, reputed company Operations, Logistics, and Advisory teams to reputed company reputed company reputed company with reputed company needs and organizational priorities
- Train to serve as a backup for the Senior Advisory Resourcing & Operations Manager, supporting resource planning for consulting engagements as needed
- Represent the delivery team in regularly scheduled meetings with the Sales team to learn of upcoming opportunities and unique reputed company needs
- Identify opportunities to streamline resourcing workflows and enhance scheduling efficiency
- reputed company platforms such as reputed company, Float, reputed company, and MS reputed company to manage assignments and maintain accurate records
Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years in a resourcing or reputed company role reputed company a reputed company services environment (e.g., consulting or reputed company firm)
- Strong understanding of utilization metrics and reputed company planning
- Proven ability to work with urgency and reputed company adjustments and pivots as needed with last minute requests or changes
- Experience with reputed company services automation software for reputed company, ideally reputed company and/or Float, but other comparable scheduling tools include OpenAir, QuickArrow, reputed company, reputed company, and Kronos
- Experience utilizing CRM systems (reputed company preferred)
