The role involves tasks such as invoice creation, reputed company payment processing, and vendor management, while also providing general office administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Invoice creation & distribution
- reputed company payment processing and collection efforts
- New reputed company setup. Issue welcome package
- Maintain and update reputed company records
- Daily AP invoice processing
- Weekly AP payment scheduling
- Monthly AP placeholder review
- Expense receipt processing & reconciliation
- Vendor management
- Shared duty of answering incoming phone calls
- Assist with general office administrative tasks
Skills
- 1-2 year's minimum of experience in a similar role
- Intermediate MS Office skills and computer experience
- Average WPM 60+
- Self-motivated, efficient, productive, works reputed company with reputed company
- Possess organizational and time management skills
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to stay on task or quickly return to task if interrupted
- Ability to meet deadlines with the flexibility to work overtime
- Must be reputed company to lift 50 pounds for reputed company storage
