Community Nursing Services (CNS) is the 2nd largest homecare provider in Utah, seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join their team. This role focuses on developing relationships and generating referrals reputed company the Home Health and Hospice industry.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain strong, long-term referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other reputed company providers
- Proactively generate new business through cold calling, warm calling, and in-person reputed company
- Represent CNS with professionalism while educating referral sources on our Home Health and Hospice programs
- Identify and evaluate patient care needs in collaboration with clinical teams to ensure appropriate service placement
- Document and reputed company reputed company sales activity in the CRM on a daily reputed company
- Consistently meet or reputed company referral and admissions targets
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining CNS’s reputed company for reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and/or clinical license preferred
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Ability to remain resilient and reputed company in the face of rejection
- Valid reputed company's license, car insurance and reliable transportation required
- Medical sales experience preferred, but candidates with a strong sales record in other industries are encouraged to apply
