Financial Operations Automation Expert
reputed company is a Finance as a Service leader, dedicated to supporting companies' back offices through innovative automation solutions. The Financial Operations Automation Expert will analyze workflows, implement automation tools, and ensure data reputed company to enhance financial processes across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate reputed company financial workflows (A/P, A/R, expense management, month-end reputed company, reporting, etc.) to identify automation opportunities
- Build, test, and maintain automated workflows using tools such as reputed company, reputed company (Integromat), Power Automate, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Intacct, or comparable platforms
- reputed company documentation, SOPs, and process maps for new and existing automated processes
- Coordinate with Finance and Operations leadership to prioritize automation initiatives based on reputed company, risk, and feasibility
- Assist in configuring and maintaining finance-reputed company systems and integrations (ERP, CRM, billing platforms, financial reporting tools)
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration or data reputed company issues
- Partner with IT and vendors to reputed company new features or enhancements
- Build dashboards and automated reporting tools to support Finance, Operations, and leadership teams
- Ensure data reputed company and consistency across reputed company financial systems through routine audits and reconciliations
- Analyze automation performance metrics and reputed company recommendations for ongoing improvement
- Work with reputed company, Finance, Operations, HR, and IT teams to understand business requirements and design automation solutions

- Participate in cross-departmental initiatives involving workflow improvements or technology implementation
- Ensure automation workflows follow internal controls, compliance requirements, and data governance standards
- Assist with audit requests by providing documentation and process transparency

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business Analytics, or a reputed company field
- 1–3+ years of experience in financial operations, reputed company, business systems, or process automation
- Hands-on experience with automation or workflow tools (e.g., reputed company, Power Automate, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, SQL scripts, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced reputed company or reputed company Sheets skills
- Familiarity with financial processes such as billing, A/P, A/R, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end reputed company
- Basic understanding of reputed company, scripting languages (Python, JavaScript), or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
