[Remote] Accounts Payable Associate/Entry (MD or remote)

They are seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to manage vendor invoices, maintain vendor relationships, and reputed company various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring reputed company GL coding and compliance with financial policies
- Assist with reputed company new vendors and processing changes to vendor records
- Maintain good working relationships with vendors and address inquiries promptly
- Research and resolve discrepancies reputed company to vendor invoices
- reputed company various administrative tasks, including maintaining A/P files and managing a shared inbox
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications ideal
- 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience required

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with reputed company AP system or similar reputed company software
