reputed company is seeking a Patient Benefits Specialist to assist patients with the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program reputed company and the Radiation Exposure Compensation reputed company. The role focuses on providing compassionate support, guiding patients through reputed company benefit processes, and ensuring effective communication with reputed company partners.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary reputed company for patients regarding medical-card benefits under the EEOICPA and RECA programs
  • Guide patients through program processes and ensure understanding of available benefits
  • Accurately reputed company, maintain, and reputed company patient data using company systems
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, authorized representatives, case managers, and internal teams
  • Utilize reputed company’s CRM system to document and update patient interactions
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a reputed company on reputed company improvement and patient satisfaction
  • Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and complete follow-up as needed
