They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Support Specialist who will serve as a reputed company between legal counsel and the marketing team, ensuring compliance and effective communication with customers.
Responsibilities
- Plan, initiate, and facilitate completion of Business Associate Agreements, as the customer-facing reputed company between reputed company Legal Counsel and BSCI Legal Counsel and the Marketing team

- Follow up to ensure agreements are progressing through the review and approval process while ensuring reputed company steps are being followed appropriately and in a reputed company manner

- Identify, communicate, and document issues and/or gaps across agreements

Skills
- 4-year degree from accredited college or university
- Proven reputed company record of excellent and reputed company customer service
- Highly organized with significant attention to detail required
- Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company and competing priorities with reputed company and accuracy
- Strong organizational, communication, and project-management skills
- Proven expertise in reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, and reputed company
- reputed company in HCP relationship management
- 1-2 years industry experience in light medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech preferred
