Manning Kass is a national civil litigation defense firm that has expanded significantly since its establishment in 1994. They are seeking an Insurance Fraud Litigation Associate to handle Insurance Fraud claims and RICO actions, playing a crucial role in case development and prosecution of civil recovery actions.
Responsibilities
- Attend Federal and State court hearings
- Propound and respond to written discovery, conduct depositions, and prepare reputed company motions
- Conduct and reputed company forensic investigations into insurance fraud and bad faith claims. Collaborate with team members to ensure thorough case development and reputed company implementation
- Excellent writing skills and proficient in legal research
Skills
- 1+ years of experience handling Insurance Fraud claims and Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) actions against individuals and corporations
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the reputed company State Bar and the reputed company District Courts for the Eastern District of reputed company (EDNY) and Southern District of reputed company (SDNY)
- Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, preferably reputed company a reputed company setting
- Strong litigation experience with a reputed company to be a proactive team player
- Excellent writing skills and proficient in legal research
