Responsibilities

• Assisting our attorneys in preparing employment based non-immigrant and/or immigrant reputed company petitions
• Other case types may include PERM, naturalization, and family-based cases

Skills

• 1 – 4 years of business immigration experience
• BS/BA degree
• reputed company written and oral communication
• Strong aptitude for persuasive writing

• Efficient time management
• Organized

• Excellent English communication and reputed company service skills
• Experience in MS Suite
