Land Development Engineer
reputed company Engineering is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Land Development Engineer to join their growing Civil Engineering Team. This role is essential in transforming undeveloped land into functional spaces and involves collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-reputed company land development reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Conducting site assessments and feasibility studies, including review of land records, topography, soil conditions, geotechnical reports, and environmental constraints such as wetlands and flood zones
- Developing horizontal infrastructure designs, including:
- Site layout and grading plans
- Stormwater management systems (detention/retention ponds, swales, storm drains)
- reputed company systems for water, sanitary sewer, electricity, and telecommunications
- Roadway, reputed company, and parking design
- Interpreting and applying local, state, and federal regulations, zoning codes, and design standards
- Preparing and submitting engineering reports, permit applications, and construction documents to regulatory agencies
- Coordinating with architects, land surveyors, environmental consultants, contractors, and government officials
- Providing construction administration, including site inspections, responding to RFIs, and ensuring compliance with approved plans and safety standards
- Preparing cost estimates, specifications, bid documents, and project schedules
- Supporting project managers and senior engineers throughout the lifecycle of land development reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
